PERIOD - 1  ENGLISH LANGUAGE

LO- Learners will be able to define kinds of noun
Children take out your English Language notebooks and do the following.

2. COMMON NOUN- is a noun which does not point to any particular person,place,or thing but is common to all persons or things of the same class or kind is called a common noun.
Examples:
doctor, tiger, mother, coffee, city, river etc.

3. COLLECTIVE NOUN- is the name of collection of persons or things taken together and spoken of as a whole. 

Examples:
(1) a pack of wolves
(2) a bunch of grapes/banana/keys
(3) a bouquet of flowers

LO - The learners will be able to describe what personal space is.

Instructions: Children you've been learning about personal space and respecting each others body. Can you describe what personal space is? Let's read together what it is - 

Personal Space is the distance that you like to keep between you and other people in order to feel comfortable, for example - If you're talking to someone or travelling.
