PRAYER TIME
Good morning dear parents and students let us begin our day with the Lord's prayer.

Do some relaxation exercises like breathing exercises you can play some soft music while exercising.

PERIOD 1 MATHEMATICS -ADDITION
LO- Students will be able to find the sum by adding the numbers.

INSTRUCTION- Boys please take out your Math notebook do the following sums.Use colour pencil to draw the lines.Do not forget to arrange the digits vertically.

Arrange the following numbers vertically and find the sum

b)   2001 + 4531
c)   1060 + 5555
d)   3422 + 4441

Find the difference in the place values of the two 7s in the number 7857.______________________

PERIOD 2 ENGLISH LITERATURELO- Learners will be able to write the answers of the questions asked.

INSTRUCTIONS- please take out your English Literature notebook and write the following answers.

Read the lines and answer the questions that follow.

a)  'Where are we?'
1. Who said this?
1. Mandi said this.

2.Where were they?
2. They were in a boma.

3. Who brought them there? Why?
3. Rhino marshalls brought them there to be taken care of because their mother had been killed by poachers.

b) 'Now he walked with a limp.'
1.Who is 'he'?
1. An elder rhino.

2. Why did 'he'walk with a limp?
2. 'He' walked with a limp because his foot was caught in a trap laid by poachers.

3. Why is 'he' important for the story?
3.'He' is  important for the story because from him we come to know the plight of the rhinos hunted by poachers.



PERIOD 3  ENGLISH LANGUAGELO- Learners will be able to -
recall the definitions of common or proper nouns
match the common nouns with their proper nouns
identify common or proper nouns
circle the letters that should be capital.

INSTRUCTIONS- Do pages 12 and 13 according to the instructions given. The work is to be done in Sultan Chand book itself. Keep two different colors for underlining common or proper nouns.
